yes im printing from a Desk Top No Message Documents pile up in the Q

Dear Nicholas, It was a pleasure helping you with your Epson issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Printer will not print after Router / Modem change.

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote access

Assisted in connecting the Printer to the Wifi network

Then assisted customer in installing the printer dirver downloaded from Epson site

Test Print - OK

Issue resolved
