It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : wireless keyboard is not detecting by the computer
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her other computer and tested the keyboard there. Keyboard is working on the other computer. Tried plugging the keyboard using the cord to the computer that is not detecting it and waitied for few minutes to relearn the keyboard. Keyboard is now working after few minutes. problem solved.
