Hi Kevin,

Tried calling your number but the person who answered Said I got the wrong number.

There are two possible steps that can be done either remove the password or to restore the computer completely.

I will need to know if the computer is Running with Windows 10 or what Windows version to provide you accurate steps to proceed.

Dear Kevin , It was a pleasure helping you with your Dell issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Forgot Password

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Found that the Windows operating installed and user account is part of company Domain and signing in will require connection to the company server to access the domain log in

Advised customer that even if he has the password it still will not log in because it is not connected anymore to their company.

Advised ucsotmer to have the computer resinatlled Windows At least Windows 10 now. As it is currently running on XP possibly as per required by the company before

Customer will buy and install Windows 10 to the computer
