Dear Roman, It was a pleasure helping you with your Apple issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
Mouse not responding
Solution Implemented :
Assisted in restarting the Computers - Same Issue
Assisted in Testing External device and found that the keyboard is responding fine.
Customer does not have an extra mouse to test it out with.
Customer will get a new mouse as the computer is working ok.
