NOTES:

-called cx to double check the issue

-cx said that the computer can see the wifi network in that location but the password box is not showing when she try to connect to the network

-a friend's laptop can connect to the wifi network there and even her phone.

-cx will going to go back to the location and will contact us back

Dear Nina, It was a pleasure helping you with your lenovo issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant connect the laptop to the public wifi hotspot
Solution Implemented : called cx and confirmed that she can connect to the wifi at home and not in the public wifi. Cx went back to the place and called her back and attempted to connect to the wifi hotspot cx can connect to the wifi but cant browse. Told cx to use a different browser google chrome or Internet close. We closed the browsers and reopened it and cx was able to browse now to the internet. Problem solved.
