Notes:

-called cx and he is not getting the book he purchased from amazon website to his kindle

-check the kindle and found out that its not connected to the wifi network

-cx said that they are having problem on the wifi network and theres a guy who will come to his place and fix it

-told cx that once the kindle is connected to the network thats the time he will receive the book

-cx will get back to us for any develompent.

Dear Robert, It was a pleasure helping you with your tech-kindle issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :  not getting the book he purchased from amazon website to his kindle
Solution Implemented : called cx and check the kindle and found out that its not connected to the wifi network. cx said that they are having problem on the wifi network and theres a guy who will come to his place and fix it. told cx that once the kindle is connected to the network thats the time he will receive the book. kindle is now connected to the network and was able to download the books. problem solved.
