Can you check the fuse box underneath the dash passenger side then check the fuse labeled Amplifier. Replace that fuse if necessary then check the issue again.

Problem resolved. Lexus dealer has reported failure of amplifier which will have to be replaced. Stated that been tested using another amplifier. Another amplifier has been ordered.
