I have an issue with friend suggestions. I had over 500 that I just deleted (all middle eastern men and boys except for about 5). I don't know if this is a hack or virus of some sort but I am ready to deactivate the account. What are your thoughts. I have nothing in common with these people.

Issue identified :

friend suggestion that is not the customer's preference - From a different country

Solution Implemented :

No Device to remote in to 

Call customer advised that the preference are picked up by Facebook either by Location or recently viewed account and Friends of friends

Checked all her friends and there is no connection to the suggested people

Assisted in adding her location to her profile

Advised customer to add more people / relative / friends and eventually the suggested people will change due to her picked up preference
