Dear June, It was a pleasure helping you with your Dropbox issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx want to create a new dropbox account
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed her computer. found out that she has an exisiting dropbox account. We recovered the account by resetting the password. account successfully recovered and created a bookmark so that she can acccess her dropbox easily. problem solved.
