Dear Johnny, It was a pleasure helping you with your Amazon issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant connect to wifi using the amazon firestick
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. got the wifi password on his computer and use it to the firestick and still wont connect. Advised cx to restore the firestick to factory defaults by going to settings. Device successfully restored and was able to connect to wifi now. problem solved.
