Hi Robert,

Here's the steps to delete phone numbers in your call block list to free up memory on your phone. 

Step 1

Press the “Menu” button followed by the “#” key on the handheld unit.

Step 2

Enter “217” on the numeric keypad to access the blocked numbers menu.

Press the down arrow on the keypad. Scroll through the list to select the number you wish to unblock.

Step 4

Press the key under “Erase” to remove the phone number from the list.

Select “Yes” to confirm your selection.

Dear Robert, It was a pleasure helping you with your Panasonic issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx want to remove all numbers in his block list
Solution Implemented : called cx and provided steps to fix the problem (steps  below). cx helper was able to follow the steps and were able to delete all the numbers in the block list. problem solved.
