Call customer
Customer said she did not know the upgrades and want to cancel the remote and phone.
Checked customer's email but it is registered to icloud only with her new phone.
No records of the old photo.
Customer said she did not have any other email that may have registered with the old phone.
Advised customer that it may be on an @icloud account which customer cannot remember.
The old iphone is now disabled and customer cannot remember any info about it.
Advised customer that she may need to bring the iphone to an apple store together with the Receipt when it was bought
