We have not recieved a response from you yet.

 

Im not sure what problem it is you are having with Activation but if it is your account log in.

Best if you go to iforgot.apple.com

Enter your apple ID to verify and have your password change.

That should enable you to Activate the iphone.

Let me know how this goes or if you need further help.
