its working i think it is syunched to my computer
everything seems to be working fine but when i plug in it doesnt synchronize

Issue identified : ipod not syncing in his computer via itunes
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. Ipod is new formatted and checked the itunes software and found out the syn all is not checked. Put a check mark on sync all and started syncing the ipod. Itunes is not syncing to the ipod and now downloading the songs. Problem solved.
