Dear Barbara, It was a pleasure helping you with your Samsung issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

LC Error and USer Manual inquiry

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Customer was able to get the error message out by turning off and on the machine for few days.

Advised customer about the LC error " Possible leak in watersystem or moisture in the machine.

Customer also asked on how she can get a copy of the User Manaul.

Email sent to customer with the link to a downloadable and printable manual
