The volume can also be adjusted by pressing the Volume button (located on the right edge) up or down.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up then tap Settings .
  2. Tap Sound and Vibration.
  3. Tap Volume.

Dear Thomas , It was a pleasure helping you with your Appliance issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.


Issue identified : Customer needed help with activating phone

 

Solution Implemented : i called and remotely access computer.  I assistace customer with getting correct phone number for customer and making sure the volume ringer is working correctly.
