Hi Judy,

Thank you for waiting!

If the phone says disabled, It means you have entered an incorrect Passcode multiple times and it is now locked out.

The only way to get the phone working again is by doing a Factory restore to it.

This will require a computer for you to complete and I can assist you with it.

Do you have an available computer that we can use.

tried resetting the phone thru her computer but there are no available adapter for the USB C cable to her computer's regular USB port

Customer will try to find the adapter and Will call customer back tomorrow.
