we have a 2009 ford escape hybrid that will not start, It started a few days ago when the car started running rough and losing systems then shut down. A repair shop installed a new front car battery and the escape started then as they drove it around the battery died and it They said they thought the DC-DC converter was bad and would change it out for 3400 dollars. I found one at a salvage shop and changed it out. There is no change, the car does nothing ( the front battery is fully charged) It does not even try to turn over. I hooked up a basic reader and it show no codes. I can read 165 volts across the terminals when I pull the switch in the back on the large battery. What should I check next to figure out why it won't try to start.
