I am locked out of my FB account, can't get in, can't reset my password, and seem to be stuck in a loop. I submitted the information in quotes below to FB using https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/ ***-***-**** 83890/ on Sunday, October 13:
"This message is regarding FB account (xxx) xxx-xxxx @xxxxxxx for Ron Anderson in the U.S. After my account was hacked on October 4, I reset my FB password on my Mac running Chrome and thought I had recorded it, but this password was not accepted on the FB app on my iPhone or in subsequent attempts to log in using Chrome. So I added 3 Trusted Friends and attempted to reset my password again on my Mac but was unable because there was no way to indicate how to I wanted to receive the code (see attached screenshot). Using my iPhone, I then reset my password using 3 Trusted Friends. After the recovery codes were accepted, FB displayed a message indicating that I needed to finish the process by going to an email that FB sent to the address associated with my account. The problem is that I never received the email."

I have received no response from FB. If your help actually resolves the problem, it will be much appreciated and well worth the price of your services. I will request a refund if you tell me there is nothing to do but be patient and wait.
