Dear Art, It was a pleasure helping you with your HP issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

HP printer disconnected

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in trying to connect the printer to the wifi but the printer will not find any network at all while the computer sees wifi signal including neighbors wifi

Assisted in resetting the printer to factory settings.

Still same issue

Advised customer of a printer problem since it will not find any network even after restore.

Advised customer of using ether net connection instead since the printer is close to the router.
