Dear Derrick, It was a pleasure helping you with your Dell issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution. 
Issue identified :

Set up is in Dutch Language

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in rebooting the computer to restart the set up.

After rebooting the computer, The set up started over and selected english for the language

Issue resolved
