My Envy Photo 7800 connected beautifully a few weeks ago when I bought it and worked well for two weeks. A power outage occurred. All attempts to reconnect the printer via wifi have failed. I followed directions in the booklet, reinstalling the program restarting the modem and the printer. The wi-fi wizard didn't work. The modem shows that all is well with the WiFi function. How can I get the printer to connect to the wifi?

Issue identified :

Printer got disconnected from the Wifi

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote access

Assisted customer in reconnecting the printer to the wifi thru the printer's set up wizard

Ran the Printer install software on the computer

TEST print - OK

Issue resolved
