I have an Epson WF-3520 series printer/ scanner that will not connect to my Lenovo computer. I can print from my phone and my wife's HP computer but not mine . My computer talks to the scanner but not the printer. Why not? I have tried evry path I can with no luck. Please help

Dear James, It was a pleasure helping you with your Lenovo / Epson issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Printer not connected to the computer

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted customer in downloading and running the epson install software

Computer was able to find the printer from the network and the installation is completed

Issue resolved
