Can you explain further about what you said "I can't get my iPad color on my screen".  Is the ipad screen black and white only??

-called cx and found out that the Amzon fire was reset to the factory defaults

-helped cx resetup the Fire tablet

-device was setup successfully. problem solved.

-cx having problem going back to our page to accept the answer
