Dear Jorge, It was a pleasure helping you with your tech-ipod issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx cant sync the ipod on his computer
Solution Implemented : called cx and accessed his computer. verified that the other ipod cant be seen by the computer. told cx to unplug the ipod and replug to the usb port. computer can now detect the ipod. taught cx on how to syn the songs from itunes to the ipod. itunes is now synchin 1600+ songs to the ipod. problem solved.
