I have a Sonos App which is loaded with iTunes. I played from my iMac to my Sonos bar in my den. I up graded to Catalina and can no longer play my stored music.I can access the Den and it cuts off to no sound and I get a notice that I no longer am connected to //Mac-2/music. How do I reconnect?

Are your music library still there when playing it directly from itunes?

The library is loaded in the Sonos ap and yes I can play the same music from itunes. The Sonos ap can play radio stations to the den.

It could be an itunes new version conflict. but lets try updating the library on sonos.

Do you know how to add new library to sonos?

I had tunes on Sonos pryor to my upgrade and I just added new songs from Itunes yesterday and they are all in Sonos together and Sonos doesn't play any of them. IT IS BACK ON THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!!

Issue identified :

Sonos app are missing the music library

Solution Implemented :

Call customer

Assisted in adding the itunes library back to sonos.

Launch sonos > Preferences > Library and Add

Selected Music / itunes library

Issue resolved
