Hi Truman,

Are you on the activation lock screen on your ipad and it is asking you to enter the apple id and password to activate the device?

Sorry, I was out.  Yes I am on the Activation Lock screen. It asks me to enter my Apple ID (t**n@yahoo.com) and my password that were used to set up the iPad T.....@icloud.com

But I do not know or remember the password. I have tried those I have used in the past with no luck.

Yes, it says (t.....@icloud.com) the first letter is not capitalized. My assumption is that the word is truman, but that is only a guess.

I see. That icloud account is the only account that can activate the phone. Lets try to recover that icloud account. can you provide me your birthdate and lets see if it will match to the system.
