2015 Rav 4 XLE Rear power lift gate.At least once a week door stops working I press button inside glove compartment lock and unlock doors start up car
and it will sometimes start working.Sometimes I remove the negative terminal on the battery and it will start working again.then a week later it wont open. When its working it opens and closes fine with no hesitation.Could this be the multiplex network control module? I hate to replace that and have that not be the problem but the actuator motors seem fine.

Hi Charlie,

Thank you for waiting.

Do you hear any beep sound when you try to open/close the door? If none, i suggest that you scan the vehicle using the scan tool. If you get an error DTC B2250, then the areas that you need to check are back door lock assembly, Harness or connector, Multiplex network door ECU.

Let me know if you have further questions.
