My desktop is running Microsoft 10. I have two monitors numbered 1 and 2. I have two problems I would like to get solved, they are not related.

  1. The number one monitor has shaky text, it comes and goes, Currently it is is shaky most of the time. Monitor number two does not have the problem. I have had this before with this monitor and fixed it but I have no idea how. This time I can't seem to find a solution.

  2. I have Office 365 and use outlook for my emails. All of a sudden I started getting an error message "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request". One of the things this causes is that the system will allow a group of emails in a folder to be highlighted and deleted or to drug to a folder.

I have tried multiple suggested online fixes for both of these problems with no success.
