I tried to re-generate the error but this time I got a different one. I'm trying to creat a Post-Engagement Ad with "Whatsapp" send button.
The error I got as per the snapshot (picture attached) and as the video shared below is:

"Can't create a WhatsApp ad: Verify your business to create ads that direct people to WhatsApp"

I don't have the option "Page Verification" under Settings/General... Please note that I did verify already my Whatsapp number last week.

The remote session, got the greyed out verify business working. The customer has to finish the process with documents to submit to Facebook. After verification, the WhatsApp feature on the ad should work. Customer will verify later on today.
Did you get the WhatsApp button working today?

The status of my documents review by Facebook is currently not possible since the following message appears: "We’re having trouble completing your request." as per the below snapshot. I hope this is only temporary. I'll continue updating you.
Sometimes facebook takes a few days to review your documents. Sorry this is taking so long. Rest assure I will get this resolved.
