You can access the answering machine remotely by dialing your phone number on any touch tone phone to call it and as soon as you hear your greeting message play, press your 3 digit remote code and follow the voice prompt, as soon as you are done listening to your messages you can delete them using the voicemial promt after the message is finished.

Where do I get 3 digit remote code

All you have to do is dila your own number to check your mail, then after the message plays, press the button to delete the voicemail.
