So what do I do if I forgot my username, email, and password to get into my Facebook account. I tried the reset account option but it asks for my email and I forgot the email I used 3 years ago. The Facebook Account is "Malvern United Methodist Church" @MalvernUMC

Yeah i tried all of that and I don't remember. See this is our church Facebook account that I am trying to get into and it was created 3 years ago and I can't remember back that far what the username, password, email address used, phone number used, etc. So I was wondering How if there was any other way to get in there or if I could somehow delete that account or have facebook delete it, how can that be made possible. Because it is our churches Facebook account and we need it.  If I could call you that'd be great, I know I paid for that extra option to being able to call and talk over the phone.

Do you know if the pastor originally created the page?  If he did, the pastor would have the admin rights to the page under his personal account.

Posted
Customer

He did, he said he is about to be in a zoom meeting right now and will check when he's done

Posted
Customer

But yes he is the original creator

We discusssed getting the admin rights back to the old page under his facebook, then once facebook gives the admin rights back, we can then merge the two pages together.

Thanks again for the help. I do have one other question.

So how would we go about changing the email that we set up the new church facebook page on? When we set up the New page, we used the pastor's personal email account. So I just want to know how would we go about changing that to where the page belong's to the church's own email account, and so that the page is the Church's own entity? That way if we were to get a new pastor or something, the page would still belong to the church.

Posted
Charles Totherow

Just tell the pastor to log into his perosnal facebook account and he can change his email under settings.

Posted
Customer

Just the church's though, not his personal right?

Posted
Charles Totherow

Yes the churches email
