Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Customer thought that the light is a voicemail indicator / Explained to the customer that it is a visual ringer / Explained to the customer on how he can access his voicemail / Provided the steps on how to reset his VM on the phone settings / Issue Resolved / Customer is happy with the assisntance / Customer will not cancel the Q / Answer Accepted
