acebook being a widely used social network, they receive a large number of requests everyday. Due to this, they may not be able to respond immediately, unless it is a grave security bug affecting everyone that needs to be fixed asap

Facebook tries their best to get back to every user who has reported an issue. Due to the large volume, they may take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks

Hello there.

Facebook disable accounts that don't follow the Facebook Terms. Some examples include:

  • Posting content that doesn't follow the Facebook Terms.
  • Using a fake name.
  • Impersonating someone.
  • Continuing behavior that's not allowed on Facebook by violating our Community Standards.
  • Contacting other people for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, or other conduct that's not allowed.

If you have not appealed, click this use this form to request a review.

Another possibility is that someone got a hold of your account and used it to violate Facebook Community Standards.

All I can advise is to appeal and await a response from Facebook.  We have nothing to do with Facebook.
