Good to hear back from you Michael. I would suggest that you remove the negative battery connector of the vehicle located at the rear. Leave it for 5 minutes before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get rid of the problem. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a good one!

Good to hear back from you Michael. Let's try this, please do leave the positive battery connector disconnected for 10 minutes before reconnecting it to drain the current. If it fails, I strongly suggest that you have it looked at by a professional auto electrician near you. Though I'm suspecting that the Body Control Module may be at fault. The Body Control Modules BCM control and monitor various body electronics functions in commercial vehicles such as exterior and interior lighting, wipers, access control systems, acoustic signals, vehicle axle control functions, or body builder function. Below is what it looks like

It's just odd that both wiper control and turn signals will fail at the same time. You might want to visit a yard near you to get a BCM for a cheaper price.
