I'm still having the same issue -- I haven't recieved an email from Facebook Support to the email I provided nor did I resubmit my ticket for help. Is there something else I can do?

I'm sorry to bother you about this again -- my boss still hasn't recieved ANYTHING from Facebook Support and we've search all of her inboxes -- she should be recieving an email from them to t**a@westfederalretail? And should it be taking this long? We haven't resubmitted the report so I'm just not sure what's wrong.
