Hello, I own a 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS I’m having trouble with my cooling fans! When you are facing the engine from out side the car looking in the cooling fan on the left is not turning on! I did get it to turn on but it turned off again when I turned the car off and when I turned the car on again it didn’t turn on ! I check the fuses and the connections going to the fans! Any ideas ? Also my ac is not coming on when the car sits idle !

Hello Tristan

How are you doing? Few things to consider why the cooling fan of your condenser is not turning on. First is that the fan blower motor is worn out that's why it won't turn on even if the connections and fuses are good. If that's the case the fan blower motor must be replaced. Regarding your vehicle's ac not cooling when it's on idle is because of the ac system being faulty. I suggest that you take it in to an ac specialist to have a physical check up. Few things to check... freon leak, dirty evaporator, dryer, expansion valve or a failing ac compressor. Please take note that the fan blower on the condenser may not work as well when the ac system is faulty because it will not detect that the ac is not on or if the ac compressor is not kicking in.

Hope this helps Tristan. Is there anything else I can add or help you with? I'll be standing by for your response.

Thank you
