By the way this facebook account that you are referring to is this a personal facebook account or a fan page?

Yes still have access to email and it is a personal page but my business pages are linked to it so it is rather important I get it sorted - Facebook is still yet to reply to any of my emails in the last 7 days!

Thank you for your reply. Try the following steps provided below. When you follow this steps make sure to check your SPAM email. Sometimes the verification link or code are being directed to spam email.

Steps to Reset Password:

  1. If you're on a device that was recently logged in to your Facebook account, Facebook may be able to save the day by presenting you with Recent Logins. If you see your account profile, select it to log in to your account automatically.

  2. If you're on a new device or Facebook doesn't remember your last login, navigate to the Facebook Find Your Account page.

Alternatively, from the login page, select Forgot Password.

  3. Enter your email address, phone number, your full name, or your username. Then, select Search.

Facebook lets you search by your name in this field, which is handy if you can't recall the email address you used when setting up your account.

  4. If you entered an email address or phone number and Facebook finds a match, select how you want to receive your password reset code and then select Continue.

If you registered a phone number and email with Facebook, you see options for receiving your code by text or email. If you only registered an email, this is your only option.

  5. If you entered a name in the search field, Facebook shows you matching search results. Select This Is My Account if you see your profile picture, or select I am Not in This List.

If you selected I am Not in This List, Facebook asks for a friend's name to identify your account.

  6. If you selected your account, choose how you want to receive the password reset code and then select Continue.

  7. If you found your account but don't have access to the phone number and email you set up, Facebook can't verify your identity.

  8. If you found your account and selected a method for receiving your reset code, enter the security code you received and select Continue.

  9. Enter a new password and select Continue. You've successfully changed your password.

  10. Facebook displays a message advising you to log out of other devices in case someone else has access to your old password. Select Log out of other devices or Stay logged in, and then select Continue.

    Tell me if this helps.

Thank you for your respones. On your facebook account did you post something that violates facebook community standards like posting or have a content of the following

  • Firearms
  • Marijuana
  • Non-medical drugs
  • Alcohol and tobacco
  • Endangered species
  • Live animals
  • Human blood
  • Diet products

For legitimate stores (e.g. a firearms store), Facebook will allow some of these topics, but restrict viewing to people who are 21+.

The Community Standards also cover other topics such as:

  • Violence and incitement
  • Hate speech
  • Fraud
  • Nudity
  • Spam
  • False news
  • Etc.

Try to click on the link below and lets see if this will fix your issue.

Check the Facook account

You need to log in using your credentials and this will check your faceboook account. All you need to do is enter your site’s URL and click the Debug button. If your website is blocked by Facebook, you should see the following message (or something similar):

We can’t review this website because the content doesn’t meet our Community Standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.

website blocked by Facebook message

How to fix a website blocked by Facebook

If your website is indeed blocked by Facebook, here’s how to fix the problem so that you and others can share your content again.

1. Make sure you’re not violating any Community Standards

Before doing anything else, you need to make sure that your website doesn’t violate Facebook’s Community Standards.

If your website is legitimately violating any standards, you’re not going to be able to unblock it.

Read through the Facebook Community Standards in detail and think about how/if any of them could apply to your site.

2. Submit your website to Facebook for reconsideration

Once you’re 100% sure that your website doesn’t violate Facebook’s Community Standards, you can submit it for reconsideration.

To do this, go back to the Facebook Sharing Debugger tool and enter your website again. You should see the same message telling you that your website is blocked.

To submit your website for reconsideration, click the let us know link:

How to submit website blocked by Facebook for reconsideration

This will take you to a form where you can submit a short message explaining why your site should be unblocked:

  • If your site never violated the Community Standards, you can explain that here.
  • If your site did violate the Community Standards but you’ve since removed the offending content, you can also let them know about that.
Custom message

Facebook doesn’t offer a specific timeline for when they’ll respond. However, you should expect it to take anywhere from a few weeks to a month (and you might not get a response at all – you can try resubmitting again if that’s the case). Tell me if this helps.

no I didn't post anything as I was hacked and right before I got an email from Facebook saying they have deactivated my account my friend noticed my profile picture had been changed yet I couldn't log in to see it. I have posted the picture above.

certainly not fair that I was hacked and there is no one to contact for support and the fact that Facebook may not even reply to me?
