Hi Please can you help me with a problem posting video on our Facebook business page? I have not been able to post video, since 18th July! Immediately after publishing the video, we can see it, as it should post. However, our clients can only see the narrative, not the video. Instead, they get a message saying 'This contact isn't available at the moment.' Other times, when we check on the post, the narrative has disappeared and the video has been moved on our home page. I have had countless back and to emails with Facebook business 'support' and now they are saying, yes glitches like this can happen, but the 'Facebook system' will sort it out - eventually! Basically, they are telling me I'm on my own with this! I am in total and utter despair, as I watch our reaches drop from over 23,000 to just over 17,000 and we are now not getting as many new clients. Please, please, PLEASE can you help me?
