The name you might be using might violating the facebook page name guidelines that is why it keeps on rejecting. Here are the facebook business page name guidelines that you need to avoid. 

Page names can't include:
  • Terms or phrases that may be abusive or violate someone's rights.
  • The word "official" if the Page isn't the official Page of a brand, place, organization or public figure. (Note: If Facebook assigns a Page a verified badge the Page should no longer use the word official in the Page name. Learn more about verified badges.)
  • Improper capitalization (example: tHe best CaFE). Page names must use grammatically correct capitalization and may not include all capital letters, except for acronyms.
  • Symbols (example: ® ) or unnecessary punctuation.
  • Descriptions or slogans (example: The Best Cafe - We serve the best coffee in town). People who manage Pages can add this information to a Page's About section.
  • Any variation of the word "Facebook."

in addition to the guidelines...

Page names can't consist only of:
  • Generic words (example: Pizza). Pages must be managed by official representatives of the topics they're about.
  • Generic geographic locations (example: New York). However, you can create a Page name for an organization that represents a geographic location. For example, "New York City – Mayor's Office" and "Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain" are acceptable Page names.

I have read all of those guidelines.. I'll explain the history:

1. Several days ago stated to set up my page and entered the name: Gal Boss - Way Of Life - It was ALL GOOD.

2. The I tried to create a user name @galbossway - I COULD NOT DO THIS - It kept say ing not accepted.

3. A day or so Later I was editing the page and automatically - a name had filled into "Name of FB Business Page" - It was my sister in law's name!?? I quickly changed it back to my name - maiden name!! Then Shockingly I realised - THIS WAS NOT meant to even have my name here it is supposed to be the BUSINESS name. So I tried to change it back?? I COULD NOT CHANGE IT BACK from my personal maiden name 'Anthea Barry' to the orginal Business Name I had: Gal Boss - Way Of Life.  I need to change it back...

User name @galbossway- correct

What I Want It To Be:

Name of FB Business Page: Gal Boss - Way Of Life (original name that was correct)

User name @galbossway - correct

are you using windows computer or apple computer? Please install the remote support software by clicking the link below. Please click the correct software for your computer. Once installed, provide me the teamviewer id and password and leave the software open so that I can connect to your computer. Since its a little bit late now on australia you can do this tomorrow morning and send me the id and password that I need

It's pretty simple really...we need to shedule a time. I am AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) - am assuming you are EDT? Is it possible for you to log on at 8.30am in morning - that is my 10.30 pm tonight?

Dear Anthea,

It was a pleasure helping you with your facebook issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.

Issue identified : cx cant change the page name and keeps on getting an error message (brand new page)
Solution Implemented : remotely accessed cx computer. tried using page names and keeps on getting same error. We delete the page with cx consent since it is brand new and theres nothing on that page. We created and new one under the name the she wanted and the new page has been created. customer is happy with our service. end of remote session.
