Hi Rosa,

Most front load washer has access door panel at the bottom to get in to the drain pump filter. All you have to do is to open/remove the door panel to access the filter. Rotate the lock of the filter clockwise to remove. Wash the filter and the seal. Put it back to the machine and test. Here's the video of the procedure that I am talking about. Click the link below.
