My account has been frozen for 67 weeks I have attempted to get in touch with Facebook on a number of different ways and I’m not been able to it is frozen because the two factor authentication code will not come through to my phone is there anyway for you to unlock the two factor authentication allowing me to then get back into my account I want to tie it to a new business account that I have set up

Get a code to change the password when I go to change your password and then wash the six digit second authentication code which I do not get ever on my phone are there any other way and I think it's probably my fault he thought one of my two computer or iPad was open  and one wasn't

I’m locked out of my Facebook account for over two months I have sent you my drivers license three times asking you to release my account from the second factor authentication somehow it got locked when I was trying to set that up I set up the account that you were currently looking at in hopes of being able to get in touch with you to free up my first account and maybe merge the two together so if you could help me with that it would be greatly appreciated thank you John Gautreau
