Please try to go to the router and unplug the router for bout 5 minnutes then plug back in and see if the intenet is better.
See if the internet is better and also please check to see if all devices remain connected.
Sorry to have kept you waiting as well.
HI Charles, I've power cycled it, doesn't seem to help. We have a TP Link Mesh router M5, do we need something enterprise to prevent the dropouts?
It sounds like to me that you may have a faulty router if the WIFI signal keeps dropping.
Is there anyway that you could try another router or is that router supplied from the internet company. If so, all you have to do is call the internet company and let them know that you have a bad router and they will replace with a new one.
Please let me know how it turns out.
I bought that router. I can return it. I was wondering if I should buy a router from Cisco but it sounds like you're saying I don't necessarily need an enterprise set up even with 10 telehealth therapists.
Just a regular router should do the trick for 10 connected devices.
However Csico does make quality router I would recommend getting a Cisco router as well.
Cisco
As long as your internet speed is above 25 MPS download speed, that should be fine
