Hi Ramy, my name is Mark. About a month ago, my facebook account was disabled by facebook. It said my account was disabled because of a violation of their community standards. A friend had helped me get a support email for facebook. I have emailed several times asking why was I disabled and to re-instate my account. So far, I just get generral resposones but nothing to help me undertsand the problem and get my account back. I think it was a computer problem. I did not post anythinh wrong, just pictures of my family from time to time.

Ramy, when I try to login. it does ask me for the code generated number, but it never comes, because it says I have to access my facebook page to get it. I have tried 20 times to get that number. I can send you a picture of the screen message
Did you activate the 2 way authentication from facebook before this happen? Normally the code will be sent to the phone you link to your facebook account.

this is an example of an email notification that facebook still sends me everyday about my friends posting on fb. But I cannot see it when I click on because i cannot get past the login code generator. And my wife cannot see my fb account at all

As of now we also tried to reachout to them but eventually no one ever responded. They only do respond to the link I provided to and you already submit the information you need. The only option we need to do now is wait and check it from time to time if they already activate your account. Like I said there is no specific ETA for this kind of issue.

Then if this the case what you can do is create a new account and once you created an account you can request for Data access on your account by clicking the link below.

Then when you click on that link then Select Data Access. Then select I want to Download my Information. Then follow the next steps.

Like I said since your account is disable you can no longer access the old account. The thing we can do is to request the data from your old facebook account to be migrated from the new account that you just created.
For this Business page are you the only admin for this business page?

I just cannot believe we cannot get my old account. facebook definitely made a mistake. I know there was no violation.

Unfortuantely, once the account has been disabled, there is absolutely no way to retrieve information from the account, thus, its GONE.
And I see you tried to restore your account, but Facebook informed you waited too long to appeal or have the decision reviewed. Once you find out your account has been disabled, you need to file an appeal right away, don't wait.
I've seen a number of accounts, including my friends and family, been compromised and the email and phone numbers changed. Only way to prevent this from happening is do NOT click on any links that you dont know or a "friend" requested you to click on the link. It releases malware programs, viruses, or a keylogger so they can capture your password.
My facebook account was created in 2008, and only ONE time (2010) has my profile been copied. I did certain things to prevent hackers from copying my profile since then, and i'm on top of everything. You dont know how many people have sent me suspicious links that I reply with "malware".
Anyway, your original account is gone. No way to retrieve information. Its been permanently disabled. Only way to do right now is to start a brand new account with a new email address specifically for Facebook and nothing else. That way you can protect yourself.
As for groups that you are an admin of, only way to get admin privileges back - is to join the groups on your new account, have other admins promote you to admin and remove your old account. If you're the only admin, getting privileges is a little harder.

I apologize, but we have no privileges or power in helping you restore your disabled account. We can only provide guidelines in restoring your account (appeal, I was hacked, etc). You waited too long to appeal or request review of your account. Ramy did all he could.
Im just saying the best course of action is make a new account. I realize you lost your information, etc. I just loathe people do this for fun or for profit. I dont know the main purpose of the hackers themselves. Sigh. If only hackers get hacked themselves. /shrug

Just so you know, I lost the account April 6th. I immediately began contacting FB and asking for a review, multiple times, more than 10 times, over the past 4 weeks Nothing was done as far as I can tell, and then eventually, the rsposne was it was too lond since being disabled. Thats total B.S. !!!! I am really frustarted that they did this to me. I can get 2 of my business pages back because I have other admins, but I have (2) running races (community events that I direct) that I was the only admin for

Allright, I think we have exhausted all steps in getting your account back since it is disabled, and you cannot access anything right now.
Best move is that you move on with your new account and get admin privileges back on your new account, and henceforth, protect your account, dont click on any links unless they are official. Simple, if you feel something funny, dont click on the link.
