25 April 2022 this is the last time facebook login. Actually I change my phone device and that device already reset completely as well. I forgot to verify from my old device to new device. Thats the reason I am stuck on two factor authentication code. Password is fine

Yes still that phone no i can use it i setup phone no on my facebook but i am not getting any sms on that no for the verification code.

What we done so far:

  • Did a remote session.
  • Re submit the id again for verification using his computer.
  • Customer will contact me once he already receive the email from facebook.

Also you mentioned whe you try to access the facebook you used your phone correct? Can you please try to access facebook but instead use the browser to access your facebook on your phone.

If that still will not work we really need to resubmit your id again using your computer since we need to save it to your browser for us to be able to access the facebook account again. Just keep me posted.

when i done from the laptop first time i got unlock link from facebook. when i tried two times from my new device they didnt send me any unlock link.

and i saw on lots of forum that facebook keep sending that kind of invalid unlock link. they are not sending anything new link.

Because if you do this process you need to save it to the browser. If you will not do this you will encounter the same issue. That's why the only thing we need to do now is to resubmit it if that will not work with the device you do this process.
