Hi, so this may be something of less importance but I really need help with it. I run a successful business and primarily use Facebook to run my business, as do my clients and team. We feel someone has been reporting us and getting us restricted/locked out from using our facebook's for business. Myself, two of my clients and a team member of mine have all now been locked out and restricted from using facebook for our business twice now, 6 days the first round and now another 6 days. We have no idea why this is happening and have no support from facebook on the matter. We feel someone may deliberately be reporting us as we have a strong reputation within facebook groups as female coaches and entrepreneurs. I would some help with this as it's really effecting our businesses, thank you.

Hi Ramy, yes I still have access. I can access my account, but I have been retstricted my group activity for another 6 days. No reports are showing either which is the strangest part.

restricted from group activity for antoher 6 days * despite the fact the first 6 days only had antoher 20 hours, another 6 days has been added on now too, even though I haven't been posting

It won't let me attach an image here - it says 'Your account is restricted for 6days - your accont activity didn't follow our community standards, so you can't do one or more things that you usually do' but I loterally have not posted anything for the last 6 days during the first 6 day block, no idea why this is happening and I need my fb for business

This normally happen if you have tagged someone who don't want to be tagged or post bunch of content on your page. For your reference please check the following provided below to avoid this being happening again.

  2. Click Account Status Overview in the left menu.
  3. Click the restricted account that you want to troubleshoot.
  4. Look for a What You Can Do section. If you don’t see a What You Can Do section, there are no further steps for you to take at this time.
  5. In the What You Can Do section, take the recommended steps for your account. We may ask you to:
    • Confirm your identity
    • Secure your account
    • Request a review
