2017 5.7 Tundra, no air coming out vents, blower motor spins, changed fuses under dash, turn fan speed on, sounds like air is blowing, turn truck off and can hear things trying to move in dash, this happened when the truck was 3.5 years old, I've taken to several dealers who didnt even look at it and said 10-12 hrs labor $2000, I understand blend door actuator changing can take time, but what if its not that, HTR 50 amp fuse I have not changed, theres 2 different Tundra fuse diagrams for 2017 1 has fuse at #41, other is at #5 doesn't help, my head light bulbs have always been different then whats specified in a tundra too?

Hello Rick

How are you doing? This issue really need to be looked at physically for I am suspecting a failing blend door actuator as well. But let's try this, try to change the air flow direction selector then remove the negative battery of the vehicle and let it sit for to minutes before reconnecting it. This may reset the system and may open the blend door actuator. Hope this helps and I'll be standing by for your response.

Thank you
