Hi guys,

Please help me regain access to my Facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/jeremy.oconnell.71

In April, I purchased a new iPhone and traded in the old phone.

I had two-factor authentication enabled on Facebook via the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on my old phone but the credentials haven't ported to the app on the new phone.

So now when I try to login to Facebook, authenticator codes are being sent but I can't access them. I am unable to advertise for my business as I can’t access my business page.

I am not logged in on any other device, and no other suggestions online have worked.

I have contacted Facebook Security but haven’t received a response.

Can you please help me turn off two-factor authentication on my account so I can log in?

I am still using the email address and phone number. I just don't have the old physical phone anymore where the Microsoft Authenticator app was in use. I have this app on the new phone but the credentials didn't port so I can't receive the authentication codes.
