We will have to wait for Microsoft to fix your email account so that we can get logged back into facebok with the original email address. Usually takes 24 hours for Microsoft to review.
I also emailed support to let them know that this is taking longer than ususal so that they may take care of the expedited solution as well.
I found a link that may work for Facebook to turn off two step login. Please click the link below.
All you have to do is scroll to the bottom and upload your id and enter your email address and upload to facebook.
I have not heard back from you in a while please let me know the status of the issue at hand.
