Changing a company's state of incorporation: I am preparing a corporation registered as an IRS S-corp company to start sales, but it has been registered in the state of California. People are telling me this is a significant mistake and it needs to be changed ASAP. What is involved in changing to say a more normal Delaware status, and where are the pitfalls? How might it affect other people associated with the company?
